Everyone.
From your first run to your next PB, Homerun is built for every stage of the journey. Experienced runners can push further through purposeful programming and precise performance work, while newer runners have the structure, coaching and confidence to build from the ground up.
You do not need to arrive at Homerun as an athlete. You come here to become one.
-
No.
You do not need a certain pace, distance or level of experience to train at Homerun. Every session is designed to meet you where you are, challenge you appropriately and give you room to progress.
-
Every Homerun class is 50 minutes, structured with purpose from beginning to end.
You will start with a complete warm-up, move into programmed performance work, then finish with a full cooldown.
Depending on the format, your session may include speed, incline, endurance, strength, mobility, running and movement quality.
The goal is not simply to work harder. It is to build a more capable athlete.
-
The four formats are designed to work together:
SPEED: develop top-end speed and power
ENDURANCE: build aerobic fitness, pacing and capacity
BASE: build the strength and mobility that support better movement
CONDITIONING: full body Sunday challenge, and like a bit of competition.
You can build your own progression by training across the formats.
-
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class to check in, get changed and familiarise yourself with the space. Come ready to move in comfortable athletic clothing and proper running shoes, and bring water to keep you hydrated throughout your session.
