Homerun does not replace your outdoor run.
Through focused training across speed, endurance, strength, mobility, running economy and resilience, Homerun develops the qualities that underpin better running, wherever you choose to run.
Outdoor running and Homerun are complementary.
-
Homerun brings together the precision of performance training, the energy of community and the considered experience of a modern studio.
Every session has a purpose. Every format plays a role within a wider training system. And the environment is designed to make serious training something you want to return to.
THE TRAINING
-
Homerun offers four training formats, each designed to develop a different part of your athletic performance.
SPEED
Build top-end speed, power and control under fatigue. Treadmill-based.
ENDURANCE
Develop aerobic fitness, pacing and the capacity to go longer. Treadmill-based.
BASE
Build strength, mobility and movement quality to support better running and everyday movement. Base is our non-treadmill format.
CONDITIONING
Running meets functional training for complete athletic performance.
Together, the formats create a complete training system.
-
We recommend training 4–5 times per week, combining formats rather than repeating the same session. Your training should build progressively, with enough recovery between sessions to support performance.

Walk when you need to. Your training should challenge you, but it should also be appropriate for your current ability and goals. -
Yes.
If you need a moment, take one. Reset, recover and return when you are ready. -
Yes.
Your coach will guide you through the session, but you should always work at speeds and inclines that are appropriate for you. -
There is no single pace you need to hit. Work at a speed and incline that are right for you, then build from there. Homerun is about progression, not comparison.
-
Not unless you want it to be. The focus is on your own progression. If you want to challenge yourself, or your friends, the room is there for it.
